GUIDE TO REDEEM GIFTCODE

Received a Giftcode but don’t know how to use it? Don’t worry, with just a few simple steps, your rewards will quickly land in your inventory. Check out the guide below to ensure you don’t miss out on the gifts!

Step 1:

- On the main screen interface, Swordsmen will see their character’s avatar in the top left corner. Click on the avatar to find the “Enter Giftcode” button.

Step 2:

- Retrieve the giftcode from the Fanpage or Group, then enter it and click “Confirm.”

Step 3:

- Claim your rewards!

Notes:

- Each giftcode can only be used once per character.

- Some issues that may occur if the giftcode cannot be redeemed:

+ The code has already been used for another account or character.

+ When copying and pasting the code, there may be extra spaces at the beginning or end of the code. Remove these spaces before confirming.

+ The code was entered incorrectly.
